By accessing or using QAM.AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code.
• Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage.
• Impersonate other persons or entities.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

You may use the Service as a guest or by authenticating with Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. We do not endorse or verify AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use or rely on any AI output.

You retain ownership of prompts you submit. By submitting prompts, you grant us a limited license to transmit them to AI providers solely to deliver the Service.

Token creation features interact with the Kaanch Network blockchain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for loss of funds, failed transactions, or the performance of any token created through the Service. Use this feature at your own risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

To ensure fair access, we apply rate limits. Attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The QAM.AI name, logo, and all Service content (excluding user-submitted content and AI outputs) are owned by QAMAI Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QAMAI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
